Shipping Methods & Costs

Deliveries are made from our warehouses daily from 8:00 to 15:30 in Aspropyrgos, Attica. The available shipping methods are:

1. Shipping with a Transport Company

We deliver your order using collaborating transport companies, daily from 8:00 to 16:00, to your chosen location within Attica and to agencies of your choice for the provinces.

Shipping within Attica:

Within Athens city limits, the charge is 10% of the net value of the order. Minimum charge 10€.
Outside Athens city limits, the charge is 15% of the net value of the order. Minimum charge 20€.
For orders with a net value exceeding 350€, shipping is FREE.

Shipping outside Attica:

Within city limits, the charge is 20% of the net value of the order. Minimum charge 25€.
Outside city limits, the charge is 25% of the net value of the order. Minimum charge 35€.
For orders with a net value exceeding 500€, shipping is FREE.

2. Shipping with courier

Orders up to 2 kg are shipped with a courier service within Greece.

Within Attica, the charge is 5€.
Outside Attica, the charge is 10€.
For orders with a net value exceeding 200€, shipping is FREE.

*All the above charges do NOT include VAT.

3. Pickup from our warehouses in Aspropyrgos

You can pick up your order for FREE from our warehouses in Aspropyrgos, upon appointment via telephone or email.

Important Details:

Orders shipped by transport company within Attica are delivered to the entrance of your chosen address.
Delivery of products for orders outside Attica is made through agencies.
Charges for shipping within Attica cover transportation to your chosen agency in Attica. The cost of transportation from the agency in Attica to the final destination is borne by the customer according to the prevailing pricing policy of each agency.
Charges for shipping outside Attica cover transportation to the agency headquarters in your area.
In cases of shipping by transport company or courier, our company is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses.

Delivery Time

The delivery time depends on the availability of the selected products. Once your order is complete, we process your request and inform you of the exact delivery time to your designated location.

Immediately available products require 1-2 working days for delivery.
Products that are not immediately available require 4-6 working days.
Products labeled "available upon order" are typically delivered within 30 days.
For new products expected soon and available through cerahellas.com.gr, pre- ordering is possible. By doing so, you enter a priority list to ensure delivery of the product as soon as it becomes available.

Once your order is complete and ready for shipment:

We deliver within 24 hours within Athens city limits and to agencies of your choice for the rest of Greece, provided the order is placed by 11:00 the previous day.
Within Athens city limits, delivery is also possible on Saturdays from 09:00 to 15:00, but only by prior arrangement.
Full trucks to the rest of mainland Greece and the islands are delivered by agreement.
