1. Return Policy

The terms and conditions described in this policy apply to all products purchased from the cerahellas.com.gr online store.

2. Cancellation of order

When you place your order through our online store cerahellas.com.gr you have the possibility to cancel your order within the same day that you placed the order and before it is processed and/or sent to you.

3. You have 14 days to change your mind

If you change your mind, you can return the products you have ordered within 14 days with a photocopy of the sales document (receipt or invoice) you received at the time of purchase.

To return your products, send your request by email to info@cerahellas.com.gr with the reason for the return.

If you are unable to return the products you have purchased from cerahellas.com.gr yourself, the partner transport company can return them for you with an additional fee.

The charge for shipping your products depends on your area zip code and the weight of the goods is 100% your responsibility.

The products you want to return must be in perfect condition, unopened & in a closed package.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the products.

In case you open the product packaging, the return will not be possible.

You agree to take care of the condition of the returned products from the time they are delivered to you until the time you deliver them to the store or the partner transport company or courier company.

In case the products are not returned within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase, then our company may not accept any product return or replacement.

In any case, the maximum return period for replacement cannot be extended beyond fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase.

Date of Purchase is defined as the date of issue of the sales document by our company.

In addition to the rights provided by the returns policy, all rights applicable to consumers from the existing provisions and laws regarding the sales contract, as well as any right arising in connection with the warranty conditions of the products, are recognized in any case.

4. Transport of returned products

In the event that you wish to return goods due to a change of mind, you bear the immediate cost of returning the products.

The receipt of the returned products can only be carried out from the address that you had declared from the beginning for their shipment and which you will indicate to us when contacting us.

You agree to give our company as much detail as possible about the delivery address of the goods, for example, floor, courier access difficulties, existence of elevators, narrow stairs, etc., in order to facilitate the collection process from the place to be indicate us.

You agree that there will be adequate access to the premises for receiving the returned goods.

The packaging of the shipment must be secure to prevent any damage during transport.

When receiving the returned products from the carrier you will sign a receipt form to certify that delivery to the carrier has taken place.

The receipt form will be given to you by the partner carrier/courier.

If you cannot be present yourself when receiving the goods from the site, you can appoint a representative to undertake this process on your behalf. This representative must be of legal age and able to supervise the receipt of your products for you.

5. Refund of value of returned products

As long as you meet the return conditions, our company will issue the corresponding credit document for the goods you are returning.

So, you have the possibility to use the value of your credit for any future purchase of equal or greater value.

In addition, you agree that the shipping costs of the goods you purchased through the cerahellas.com.gr online store cannot be refunded in the event of a return.

In any case, however, it will be carried out as long as your products comply with the above conditions.

6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

6.a. the supply of goods or the provision of services the price of which depends on fluctuations in the money market which cannot be controlled and which may occur within the withdrawal period,

6.b. the supply of goods manufactured according to the specifications set by you as a consumer or clearly personalized products;

6. c. the supply of goods which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other elements.

The company reserves every right to change the Terms of Use and Personal Data without commitment to inform the visitors/users who visit its websites and/or make use of the services/information provided and always within the existing or potential Greek and European legal framework for these issues.

If a visitor - user does not agree with the terms of use, the conditions and the conditions for the protection of personal data provided for in this text, he must not use the services / information provided on the company's websites.
